By using AutoPOS, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service
AutoPOS provides point-of-sale tools for car wash and oil change businesses, including invoices, receipts, tabs, and reporting.
2) Business Use
AutoPOS is provided for business use. You are responsible for ensuring all information entered into the app is accurate and lawful.
3) Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4) Payments
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription terms (trial, monthly, annual) may be updated and will be shown at purchase or renewal.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with app operation.
6) Data & Backups
AutoPOS may store and sync business data using cloud infrastructure (e.g., Firebase). Offline mode may store data locally on the device until synced. You are encouraged to maintain appropriate internal backups/export procedures.
7) Disclaimer
AutoPOS is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or business data.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
